Meet Joy Delgado and her book, Zooprise Party

It never ceases to amaze me how much the internet has opened up a world to me and meeting fun, new people!  Joy Delgado is one of them.  She lives on a sailboat!  Cool, huh?  She illustrated Zooprise Party and her daughter wrote the book.  They started their own publishing company called J.O.Y Publishing.  A woman following her heart and the fact her book is about animals is a woman after my own heart!  I recently reviewed her book and offer it here for you to check out.

A lovely introduction to the animal kingdom and the various creatures one will find at a zoo. The story teaches the lesson of accepting everyone as they are. It also teaches us that when we least expect it, life offers us pleasant surprises. The illustrations are charming and will make you smile.
